New component: Segmented control
Segmented control was added into the design system. This adds a way to display multiple, related options in a single, compact component. It allows users to quickly switch between different views, filters, or settings.

Component Enhancement: Banner
Banner was updated to have a second variant - compact - allowing for more flexibility when adding messaging into the system. The default variant was also updated to have a distinct title styling for more visual emphasis.
